Each workshop is designed as a 45 - 3 hour sessions for one day or as a series over multiple weeks covering self -love, confidence, social media and more. Each session can be tailored to fit the needs, goals, and expectations. Mpressive Exposure's workshops encourage audience participation rather than relying solely on a presentation. The workshop sessions can include music, writing exercises, games, physical activities while covering meaningful content. The sessions are content-rich and build upon one another.

Depending on your needs, Mpressive Exposure has a range of options that are available daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly. Sessions can be virtual and/or face to face.
More young ladies are starting to use technology such as social media. While this can be great in many aspects, social media has created more anxious, more fragile, and more depressed girls.
Statistically, there has been a massive increase in depression and anxiety for American girls. In addition, hospital admissions to United States hospitals for nonfatal self-harm have gone up for girls who fall into the 10 to 14 age range by 189% since social media became mainstream.
I provide personal development and support through interactive and engaging experiences that encourage confidence and self-love, which allows all participants to increase social-emotional health and success. All workshops provide resources and informational to aid in curbing depression, suicide, and isolation.
